Minka has a bachelor degree of Spanish Philology from Alma Mater University, Havana, Cuba and  master degree in English language and literature from Sofia University. Her second master is Bulgarian language and literature.

Her aim is to ensure that school library has a positive impact on student achievements, which will help students to acquire skills to locate, use and evaluate information that will enlarge their knowledge by reading additional resources.
