As 2023 concludes, the British School of Sofia (BSS) proudly reflects on a year filled with extraordinary achievements in Taekwondo. Our students' dedication and skill were brilliantly showcased in prestigious tournaments and culminated in the significant Belt Promotion event.

Major Tournament Successes

The year was marked by stellar performances in two key tournaments: the "Sofia Ramus Cup 2023" and the "Dupnitsa Open 2023." At the Sofia Ramus Cup, our students demonstrated their prowess, with Maxi earning a bronze medal and contributing to BSS's impressive total of 10 medals for the year. Meanwhile, the Dupnitsa Open saw our team shine, with Maxim securing a gold medal and the team achieving a silver and three bronze medals.

The Pinnacle: Belt Promotion Event

The culmination of this successful year was the Belt Promotion Test in December. This event was not just a demonstration of Taekwondo techniques but a testament to our students' perseverance, discipline, and growth.
