Naomi has a bachelor degree in English Language and Literature from The University of Leeds, England. She moved to Bulgaria in 2008 and has been working at the British School of Sofia since 2010. During her time at BSS she has continued to develop herself professionally, attending numerous teaching and leadership conferences and courses. Also she has become a Thinking Based Learning coach as well as a Habits of Mind and Questioning Skills Trainer. Her role in the school allows her to supervise and mentor staff; provide guidance and support to students and liaise with parents.

Naomi continues to teach English Language and Literature in secondary school, as a trained IGCSE and IB teacher.
