Sofiya has been part of the British School of Sofia since 2020, beginning in the Kindergarten and now working within the Primary School. As the Primary Quality Assurance lead, she supports the development of high-quality learning experiences that are meaningful, engaging, and student-centred.

Alongside tutoring Primarу students, Sofiya has trained in the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Concept-Based Inquiry (CBI), using conceptual learning approaches that encourage students to make connections, think deeply, and apply their understanding to the world around them. She believes that students should be active inquirers who ask questions, explore ideas, and take ownership of their learning journey.

For Sofiya, when children feel safe, happy, and supported at school, learning becomes natural, joyful, and lasting. School should be a place where every child feels valued, confident, and inspired to grow both academically and personally.
