The British School of Sofia, a leading international school in Bulgaria and the Balkans and fully accredited for the IB Diploma (DP) and Career-related (CP) Programmes, is proud to offer summer preparatory courses for prospective and current IB students.

These bespoke courses are designed to develop subject-specific skills and knowledge, led by our expert IB teachers—each with a minimum of five years’ experience in the IB Diploma Programme.

???? Course Focus:

Students will gain confidence and mastery in key IB concepts and skills. Sessions emphasize IB assessment criteria and core programme requirements, helping students build a strong academic foundation.

• Current BSS IGCSE or Pre-IB students
• Students applying for IB DP/CP entry in 2025
• IB DP1 students looking to consolidate or catch up
• Students transferring to BSS from other schools

???? Subjects Offered:

• English Language and Literature
• Business Management and History
• Environmental Systems and Societies, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
• Mathematics: Applications and Interpretation (AI) and Analysis and Approaches (AA)
• Theory of Knowledge (TOK)
• Others may be possible on request

???? Programme Schedule:

• Session 1: 09:00 – 10:30
• Session 2: 10:45 – 12:15
• Session 3: 12:30 – 14:00

???? Course Fees:

• 30 lessons/week – 320 EUR per subject
• 20 lessons/week – 280 EUR per subject

Note: Each course requires a minimum of 3 enrolled students to take place.
