Chess

Chess is a board game for two players. 

Chess is one of the world’s most popular games. It is played on a square board, made of 64 smaller squares, with eight squares on each side. Originally chess comes from India and it is an ancient strategy game. Each player will have 16 chess pieces in black and white. Each of the pieces has unique movement styles.

The Aim

Primary Objective is that to capture the opponent's King. When your opponent's king is threaten you say "Check". When the opponent's King can't move to safe place or can't protect game will be over. That is called "Check mate". 

Chess Figures

Chess King is the most important chess pieces in a chess board. He can move to any location by 1 square;

Chess Queen is the most powerful chess piece. She can travel through rows or columns and diagonally as well;

Chess Knight also a very special chess piece and it has a special move pattern;

Chess Bishop - always moves diagonally;

Chess Rook - it travels horizontally & vertically in a chess board;

Chess Pawn is a chess piece on a chess board and know as the weakest chess piece.

Chess is claimed to be a strategic game. It raises your kids' IQ; improves problem-solving skills; increases the creativity of your kid and exercises both sides of the brain; it also improves the memory of your child.
