The British School of Sofia (BSS) undergoes inspirational training towards better and more impactful communication.

Stronger communication and more impactful educational practices came in the heart of the latest training that the British School of Sofia (BSS) academic staff went through in the final days of August, 2024.

Guiding and Inspiring Towards a Positive Impact with Javier Canal Rojo gave our teachers the opportunity to build upon their communication and leadership skills. Through open discussion and multiple interactive exercises, the coaching sessions made up for a smooth transition between the summer season and the upcoming September excitement.

Javier Canal Rojo has dedicated 25 years of his professional life to team management and strengthening interpersonal relationships in corporate settings. A dedicated speaker and trainer in communication, leadership, and challenge management, he supports both individuals and organizations in their development.
