Open Lesson - How the Body Works

29 Novr 2019
Students from Grade 3 demonstrated excellent knowledge on the IPC topic How the Body Works. During the Open Lessons Week they set their learning goals and finished with an excellent results.

IPC (International Primary Curriculum) is a topic-based curriculum that our students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 follow. The learning goals are the foundation on which the International Primary Curriculum is built. The IPC provides children with subject goals, personal learning goals, and uniquely, international learning goals.

Students from Grade 3 had to learn how the body works. First they prepared themselves for the open lesson by painting beautiful T-shirts with the intestinal system of the human body. After that they presented to their parents all they know about the human body in different projects and iPad presentations.

All of the IPC's thematic units of learning are designed to appeal to children’s interests and help them to learn more about the world around them. We decided that students will be more engaged to the topic with all their creative projects in Art lesson.

Here is a video from the Art class. Soon you will be able to find a video from the open lesson in IPC in our Blog section:
