Interview with Mr. Lonny Gold who works with BSS teaching staff on Suggestopedia approach to learning.

Suggestopedia is a teaching method which makes it possible for people to learn 3 times faster they can under normal circumstances. It involves the creation of a very safe environment. Suggestopedic teacher creates an environment where anything that is negative is excluded from it.
"What we want here, at British School of Sofia, is a great openness on the part of the students - to each other, to the teachers and to the subject matter they are learning.", said Mr. Gold. Mr. Gold has been involved in suggestopedia for more than 40 years.
Suggestopedia was an idea originally developed in Bulgaria by Dr. Aleko Novakov and further expanded and promoted by Dr. Georgi Lozanov.
