We are excited to announce a field trip for Grade 9 to IKEA on Tuesday, 13th February 2024, starting at 12:30 PM. This visit will offer our students a unique insight into IKEA’s 80-year heritage and its commitment to sustainability and innovation.

The presentation will cover IKEA’s journey from a traditional linear model to a sustainable, circular approach, highlighting its "People and Planet Positive" strategy. This includes a deep dive into the principles of circular product design and examples of products developed with these principles in mind, demonstrating IKEA’s efforts in becoming climate-positive and reducing environmental impact.

This educational trip is a fantastic opportunity for students to learn about sustainable business practices and the importance of environmental stewardship. We look forward to a day of learning and inspiration.
