The CP is a framework of international education that incorporates the values of the IB into a unique programme addressing the needs of students engaged in career-related education.

The Career Programme (CP) allows students to combine their academic subjects with their non-academic interests and skills while allowing access further education, apprenticeships and employment in areas such as business, IT, health care, sports, and many others.

CP students undertake a minimum of two IB Diploma Programme (DP) courses, a core consisting of four components and a career-related study.

Students take written examinations at the end of their IB Diploma Programme courses which are marked by external IB examiners. The components of the CP core are assessed by the school.

The CP was specifically developed for students who wish to engage in career-related learning while gaining transferable and lifelong skills in applied knowledge, critical thinking, communication, and cross-cultural engagement.

Reflective Project - students identify, analyse, critically discuss and evaluate an ethical issue arising from their career-related studies.

Service learning - in this research-based approach, Service learning is the development and application of knowledge and skills towards meeting an identified and authentic community need.
