Ballet is a combination of theatrical dance and other artistic elements like music, costumes, etc. In ballet, every inch of a child`s muscles is engaged in movements. Ballet is suitable for kids from KG and KS1.

Ballet promotes physical strength and agility. It can boost concentration, develops an understanding of music and rhythm and generates a love of movement. Like all dance forms - ballet is physically intense. Ballet improves muscular strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Ballet also boosts coordination and balance while correcting poor alignment. Combinations that involve jumping and leaping increase heart rate, which can improve endurance, stamina and overall cardiovascular health. Also, like other forms of dance, ballet can improve body awareness and physical self-control.
